From Points South
Get on I-75 North.  Take Exit 220B and head west on SR-64 W/Manatee Ave(6.6 mi)  Turn Right onto 9th St W/SR-45(0.1 mi).  Turn right onto 3rd Ave W(0.1 Mi). Take 1st left at the Entrance to Promenade at Riverwalk.  You will see our large “Waterfront Liquidation” Sign.

From Tampa and Points North
Get on I-75 S toward Naples.  Merge onto I-275 N via Exit 228 toward St. Petersburg(1.7 mi) Merge onto US-41/SR-45 S via Exit 2 toward Palmetto/Bradenton(3.9 mi).  Keep LEFT at the fork to go on US-41 S/Tamiami Trail(3.3 mi).  You will have crossed the Manatee River.  Take a right onto 3rd Ave W(0.5 mi) Turn Right at the Promenade Entrance.  You will see our large “Waterfront Liquidation” Sign.

From St. Petersburg
Get on I-275 S toward Bradenton(portions toll).  Merge onto US-19S via Exit 5 toward Palmetto/Bradenton(3.2 mi).  Turn slight RIGHT onto US-41/SR-45 S and follow US-41(3.7 mi).  You will have crossed the Manatee River.  Take a right onto 3rd Ave W(0.5 mi) Turn Right at the Promenade Entrance.  You will see our large “Waterfront Liquidation” Sign.
